I used to have “zero” inboxes and surfaces as well, then life got the better of me and currently things are a bit cluttered. Thanks for the reminder though that I should really get back to that. Certain things are definitely a lot less stressful and it’s easier to keep track of things when when they’re at “zero”.

That Health Zero approach is a pretty useful one! I always set up metrics, but don't have much framework for when I want to stop paying attention and just live my life (like on vacations). I'm gonna give it a whirl.

Those acupressure mats look intimidating. My mom had these soft-nubbed sandals once and they felt like death to me. I can't imagine harder plastic nubs, or that one that looks like a climbing wall. Looking forward to that video...

I also have the first 2 zero rules. I can’t even look at my husbands lap top without cringing at every thing on it!

I see you and I are very similar in our thinking. I'm an inbox zero guy, I'm a desktop zero guy, and I don't have clutter in my house, even with all the products I bring in for the job; I always donate what I don't use. It keeps things simple. I just have to get to Notes App Zero, I def make too many notes. Would be nice if they had an archive in that app.

Absolutely! I have the same Notes App feelings.

You can make a folder in your Notes app and title it “Archive” and then bulk-move a bunch of old notes to that folder. DIY notes archive!

YESSSS. Good reminder. I've been slacking on these. Just regained desktop and inbox zero, and it's such a good feeling.
